About this conference
The Upper Midwest Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (UMACRAO) holds an annual conference each November to allow members to gather in person to share ideas and keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in higher education. The association focuses on issues of admissions, enrollment management, registration and other related issues of interest to members of the student services profession. The 2026 conference will be held in Moorhead, Minnesota from November 2-4, 2026. Conference registration will open later this year.
Sponsorship options
General Vendor Registration is $700, with an additional $350 for each additional attendee. Sponsorship add-ons include Silver Level ($800), Gold Level ($1,500), and Platinum Level ($2,000). Benefits across these levels may include advertising on the website, at opening and closing sessions, during the banquet, in the conference Guidebook, sponsorship of breaks or social events, double exhibit booths, priority exhibit booth locations, presentation sessions, and member scholarships.
