About this conference
The 70th TICUA Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to discuss key policy issues facing TICUA member institutions. The agenda includes discussions with Tennessee's top elected officials and key policy leaders regarding the future of higher education in Tennessee, featuring speakers such as Governor Bill Lee, Legislative leaders, Commissioner Jim Bryson, Lt. Governor Randy McNally, House Speaker Cameron Sexton, House and Senate Education Chairs, and THEC Executive Director Steven Gentile. The event also includes a legal update, federal and state policy updates, a legislative reception, and a networking dinner. Related sessions on the second day include an ELI Alumni Session, ELI Session 6 - Legal Briefing, President's Roundtable, and a Title IX Briefing.
