About this conference
The Texas Child Care Administrators Conference (TCCAC) is the largest child and family wellbeing conference in Texas, connecting over 1,500 child welfare professionals with the latest information and training on effectively delivering quality care to children, youth, and families. The 2026 theme, "Step Right Up," is a call for leaders to act with confidence and courage. The conference features 49 Workshops, 3 General Sessions, and 2 Supersessions over three days, covering critical topics such as Youth Engagement, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Safety, Prevention, Kinship Care, Adoption, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Child Welfare, Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Youth (CSEY), Mental Health, Legal Considerations, Self-Care for Professionals, and professional Development. Attendees can earn up to 15 Pre-approved Licensed Child Care Administrator or Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator Continuing Education Credits.

Sponsorship opportunities include Title ($25,000), Momentum ($15,000), Precision ($10,000), Purpose ($5,000), Confidence ($2,500), and Clarity ($1,000) levels.
