2026 Technology Showcase

The 2026 Technology Showcase is an event for potential and current industry partners that highlights how they can and do work with the National Cancer Institute and the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research. It highlights technologies and capabilities being developed at both institutions to encourage licensing and collaboration. The event features technology presentations, poster sessions and expert discussions on topics including financing, leveraging incubators and working with patient advocacy groups. Scientists gain experience pitching their innovations to industry stakeholders. Entrepreneurs gain insights into funding resources, Maryland programs, and partnership mechanisms with the Frederick National Laboratory and National Cancer Institute. The event sparks connections and paves the way for key partnerships while amplifying inventions that could accelerate biomedical research. By bringing together a wide range of companies, entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and regional economic development groups, this event helps foster the regional biotech community.
