2026 TAPT Conference and Trade Show

The Texas Association for Pupil Transportation (TAPT) presents an annual conference and trade show, serving as an educational event for its membership. The conference features highly motivated national presenters on timely and relevant topics related to the pupil transportation industry, alongside informed local and regional featured and breakout presenters. It includes one of the nation's largest trade shows, showcasing the latest products, equipment, and services, including various school buses. The event also hosts two banquets for the recognition of employees and TAPT Honorees. The annual conference additionally serves as the official business meeting for the organization. Badges are required for all conference events. Pre-conference professional development classes and outside networking activities are available for an additional fee and are not included in the full conference registration.
