2026 Surviving & Thriving in School Administration

This conference, titled "Surviving & Thriving in School Administration: A Peer Experience for Independent School Administrators," addresses the increasing complexities faced by school administrators. It focuses on rising expectations—academic, social, and behavioral—and growing pressures related to enrollment, hiring, and morale, as well as challenges in partnering with parents. The intimate, highly interactive setting facilitates peer engagement to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore strategies for navigating these demands. Nationally renowned independent school psychologists Rob Evans and Michael Thompson will guide participants through key dilemmas, offering practical tools to sharpen skills, maintain energy, and respond constructively to tough challenges. Participants will practice setting boundaries while preserving rapport, delivering feedback that fuels growth, dealing with difficult parents, and self-management to stay steady under pressure and avoid burnout.
