2026 Student Success Summit

A statewide P-20 collaborative event uniting leaders across the entire educational and workforce pipeline, organized by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, West Virginia Council for Community and Technical College Education, the West Virginia Department of Education, and West Virginia GEAR UP. The summit focuses on strengthening college and career exploration, aligning education with workforce needs, and ensuring every student graduates with a clear, supported pathway forward. Key highlights include dynamic breakout sessions, inspirational keynote addresses, networking opportunities, and a Gallery Walk. Breakout sessions cover topics such as AI and Higher Education Innovations, Rural Health and Workforce Initiatives, Student Success and Readiness, Student Supports, Affordability and Access, Career and Technical Education, Prevention and Mental Health, Technology, Computer Science, and AI (PK-12), PK-12 Instruction, Special Education, and School Counseling.
