2026 Spring School Facilities & Safety Congress

The Spring School Facilities & Safety Congress brings together COOs, Chiefs of Police, Directors of Facilities, and Directors of Safety & Security, to evaluate new tools, compare real outcomes, and solve challenges that can't wait for another year of emails and cold outreach. This event is designed for attendees to share what's working, learn what's next, and connect with leaders facing similar challenges. The program aims to provide actionable ideas, trustworthy partnerships, and a renewed sense of purpose. Topics of discussion include securing and sustaining funding for safety initiatives, designing energy-efficient schools, integrating AI and advanced technology into school operations, budgeting and operations amid inflation and supply chain challenges, recruiting and retaining specialized operational staff, gaining leadership commitment and stakeholder buy-in for safety, building community trust through transparency, balancing security with a welcoming school climate, mental health, threat assessment, student discipline, and developing a sustainable facilities renewal plan.
