2026 Spring Learning -- Towson University

Join us for our inaugural year of Spring Learning! This reimagined event will help our community connect, learn, and grow as leaders. Spring Learning will be hosted in-person at 4 locations geographically placed throughout the United States in 2026. One virtual Spring Learning will also be hosted. While the primary audience for Spring Learning is undergraduate students, there will also be dedicated tracks for professionals and graduate students. This Spring Learning experience is hosted by Towson University. The conference will be held in their University Union, 281 University Ave Towson, MD 21204. It features keynote speakers LeaderShape and Active Minds, education sessions, a case study competition, and social events. The event showcases current research, best practices, and professional techniques advancing the field of orientation, transition, and retention (OTR), and aims to enhance professional careers.
