About this conference

NEWWA is excited to welcome our 3,500+ attendees and 230+ vendors back to Worcester for New England's Largest Water Event, the 2026 Spring Joint Regional Conference & Exhibition at the Worcester DCU Center, April 1-2, 2026. The conference aims to connect like-minded water works professionals and features concurrent technical sessions for TCH credit, a complimentary networking reception, an exhibit hall with 230+ exhibit booths and vendors, NEWWA/NEWEA young professional/new member breakfast, a student poster session with Q&A, committee meetings, complimentary lunch each day in the exhibit hall, and complimentary exhibit hall-only access. Technical sessions cover Asset Management/Data Integration, Dams, Distribution, Water Treatment, Cross Connections, Workforce and Operations, Corrosion Control, Customer Service, Management and Finance, SCADA & Operational Technology, Safety / Emergency Preparedness, Groundwater, and Water Resources.

Sponsorship options

The conference offers various sponsorship opportunities including Lunch Buffet ($2,000, limited to three, includes logo signage, website link, on-site guide recognition), Event Sponsorship ($1,850, limited to twelve, requires annual sponsorship, includes name on badge lanyards, highlighted listing, website logo/link, entryway logo), On-Site Guide ($1,500, limited to one, includes 1/2 page full color ad, highlighted listing, website logo/link), Organizational Diversity Breakfast Sponsorship ($1,000, limited to four, includes logo signage, on-site guide recognition, opportunity to address attendees), Young Professional Breakfast Sponsorship ($1,000, limited to four, includes logo signage, on-site guide recognition, opportunity to address 150+ attendees), Recycle Sponsorship ($750, limited to one, includes logo on 22 recycle bins), and Session Sponsor ($250, limited to one per session, includes logo on entrance slide, on-site guide recognition).
