The conference will feature dynamic keynote speakers, technical sessions, industry exhibits, product showcases, fun activities such as golf and disc golf, and award recognition. Attendees can connect with professionals from the region and explore advancements in infrastructure, transportation, and various industry solutions. The event will take place at the Seaside Convention Center in Seaside, Oregon.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include Golf Hole Sponsorship for $600. Exhibitor booths were offered at an early bird rate of $865 (until April 5, 2026) or $965 (from April 6, 2026), including an 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, pipe & drape, and 2 representative credentials. Electricity at a booth cost $50, and additional 2-day booth representative passes were $250 each. Exhibitors participate in a booth competition based on the conference theme and booth raffles. Exhibitor booth registration is currently full, but a waitlist is available.
