About this conference

All North Carolina Law Enforcement agencies and officials are invited to attend the 2026 Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics North Carolina Annual Conference. The Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics North Carolina (NC LETR) is the largest grassroots fundraising and awareness initiative, raising more than $2 million annually to support nearly 53,000 Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners across the state. This conference will bring together 100 law enforcement agencies and over 350 officers from across North Carolina for a two-day conference featuring a Polar Plunge, training sessions, planning for 2026 events, and will give participants the opportunity to compete with Special Olympics North Carolina athletes in a Unified sports experience. Registration is open to law enforcement agencies and officials only.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorship opportunities include Gold Sponsor ($20,000), Silver Sponsor ($10,000), Bronze Sponsor ($5,000), Hope Sponsor ($1,000), and Sponsor an Officer ($500).
