2026 Southeast and Great Lakes Region LTAP Meeting

The 2026 Southeast and Great Lakes Region LTAP Meeting is a multi-day conference featuring discussions and presentations on various transportation-related topics relevant to Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) centers and government agencies in the Southeast and Great Lakes regions. The agenda includes welcome remarks from the FHWA KY Division Office, a report from the NLTAPA President, and center updates from numerous states (Ohio, Alabama, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Illinois, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota). Sessions will cover subjects such as Kentucky Transportation Cabinet highway project updates, an instructor development program, the MN OPERA Program, Kentucky's local road guardrail rating program, new technologies demonstrations, and discussions on improving practices within LTAP centers. The meeting aims to foster collaboration and share best practices among regional transportation professionals.
