Sponsorship options
The CASTO sponsorship program is designed to help minimize registration costs for forum attendees. Sponsorships help reduce registration costs for attendees, assist with audio/visual, room rentals, speakers, breaks, meals, and administrative costs. Sponsors will be recognized on event signage and within the Forum program booklet. The Vendor Direct Program is designed to give vendors dedicated time prior to the Vendor Exhibit to speak to all Forum attendees as a group and showcase their product or service with no other vendors in the room. Vendor Direct participants will be recognized on event signage and within the Forum program booklet. Give-Away-Items, with your company logo, may be passed out to all attendees. The company must cover all shipping and handling charges to the hotel, and CASTO will include them with each attendee's registration packet. Examples of give-away items include pens, mouse pads, and stress squeeze buses.
