NEPPA’s annual 2026 RodE&O Conference and Expo offers 2.5 days of skilled lineworker competition, educational sessions across safety/operations and engineering tracks, roundtables (including GM/Leadership, General Foreman, and IT), networking opportunities, and sponsor exhibits. The event includes the 18th Annual Lineworkers' Rodeo, a golf tournament benefiting the Benevolent Fund, and addresses topics like electric safety, large-scale capital projects, electrification problems, succession planning, and mental health strategies. It aims to enhance skills, foster relationships, encourage teamwork, and provide industry insights.
Sponsorship options
Multiple sponsorship opportunities are available across Platinum ($1,750), Gold ($1,250), and Silver ($925) tiers, offering benefits such as logo placement, badge ribbons, recognition, and representative attendance. Platinum and Gold sponsors also have the option to set up displays at the Rodeo Competition Grounds.
