The Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference (RVP) is the only national event dedicated to tackling vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated properties and advancing community revitalization. Since 2007, RVP has brought together more than 1,000 leaders from local governments, nonprofits, land banks, philanthropy, real estate, and community organizations to share bold ideas and proven strategies. At RVP 2026 in Pittsburgh, you will find hands-on workshops, neighborhood tours, and dozens of sessions covering every stage of the property revitalization cycle. More than a conference, RVP is a space to connect with peers, build new partnerships, and return home equipped with practical tools to strengthen your community.
