About this conference
The Randy Lewis All-University Leadership Conference is the flagship leadership development program of the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Established in 1984, the conference aims to foster personal and professional development, leadership skills, networking, and life skills for over 150 student leaders. It focuses on promoting campus spirit, empowering students in university governance, valuing campus diversity, strengthening leadership styles, encouraging integrity and values-based decision-making, and enhancing communication between students, faculty, and administrative leaders.
Sponsorship options
Departments can sponsor undergraduate students to attend the conference. Sponsorship costs $225 per student and includes a shared hotel room, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner on September 26, and breakfast and lunch on September 27), round-trip transportation from UCI to the conference site, facilities, and conference materials.
