This year’s theme, Juggling It All: Navigating Complexity When It Is Your Circus, recognizes the reality of HR leadership with a little humor and a lot of truth. HR professionals are often the steady force at the center—guiding organizations through challenges, connecting people and policy, and helping teams thrive in the middle of constant change. This conference is designed to support the professionals doing that important work every day. Through meaningful conversations, practical strategies, and opportunities to connect with peers across the Bay Area, we’ll focus on strengthening collaboration, improving communication, breaking down silos, and leading with confidence in complex environments.
