About this conference
The 2026 PennTESOL Spring Symposium will be held by PennTESOL East, a professional association for teachers of English to speakers of other languages. The event will feature opening remarks, a plenary presentation, lightning talks, networking opportunities with refreshments and exhibitors, and various breakout sessions. Registration is free and exclusively for PennTESOL members. The symposium will also include the announcement of the PennTESOL Teacher of the Year. PennTESOL East is committed to advocating for excellence in English language education, sufficient funding, and resources, as well as equitable access for English learners and teachers across various educational domains including primary and secondary education, higher education, community colleges, adult education, intensive English language programs, and private language schools.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship and exhibitor packages are available. The Presenting Sponsor package costs $1500 and enables the event to be free for members. Exhibitor packages include the Keystone Package ($1500, offering two vendor tables, full-width ad, flyer insert, 45-minute presentation, prominent logo placement, keynote mention, dedicated social media post, three conference registrations, and three memberships); the Independence Package ($750, including one vendor table, half-page flyer insert, medium logo, social media post, two conference registrations, and two memberships); and the Laurel Package ($500, providing one vendor table, medium logo, one conference registration, and one membership). A la carte options include Folder Insert ($250), Exhibitor Presentation ($500), and Exhibitor Table ($150).
