2026 Pathways to Equity Conference

The 2026 Pathways to Equity Conference, hosted by the Chancellor's Office, will take place from April 27 to 29 in San Diego. The convening advances the implementation of the 2025-2028 Student Equity Plans and supports the goals outlined in Vision 2030. The conference will bring together student equity plan teams from California community colleges to engage in peer learning, share promising practices, and collaborate on actionable strategies that turn equity planning into transformative outcomes. This year's theme, 'Equity in Action: Collaborate. Implement. Transform.,' focuses on leading boldly, embracing race-conscious strategies, and accelerating efforts to close equity gaps. Grounded in community-informed practices and aligned with the Guided Pathways framework, the conference will highlight initiatives that support disproportionately impacted students, strengthen equity leadership, and drive meaningful structural change across California's community colleges.
