2026 PASCAL Member Conference

Sponsorships help PASCAL offer the annual conference at no cost to library professionals from all member institutions, providing valuable visibility among key decision-makers and influencers in the PASCAL community. All sponsors receive acknowledgement during the opening session, logo inclusion on the conference website, the option to provide a promotional item in conference bags (for 150 attendees), logo on the conference program, and logo featured on the virtual background. The size of the logo depends on the sponsorship level. General Conference Sponsorships: - PLATINUM ($3000): Includes a 6' exhibit table on Friday, June 12, an email highlighting the organization sent to attendees, logo in pre-opening slideshow, branded signage at check-in, tickets to the conference lunch, recognition on social media, and logo in conference email footers. - GOLD ($1500): Includes a 6' exhibit table on Friday, June 12, branded signage at check-in, recognition on social media, and logo in conference email footers. - SILVER ($750): Includes shared signage throughout the conference and logo in conference email footers. Event Sponsorships (Limited Availability): - Conference Lunch Sponsor ($4000, 1 Available): Includes all PLATINUM benefits, company logo prominently displayed at the event, and a 3-minute speaking opportunity by the PASCAL Executive Director at the event start. - Keynote Sponsor ($2000, 1 Available): Includes all GOLD benefits, acknowledgement, and company logo displayed at the keynote session. - Continental Breakfast/Refreshment Break Sponsor ($1500, 2 Available): Includes all GOLD benefits and signage prominently displayed at the function. Sponsorships must be committed by February 27, 2026.
