About this conference
The 2026 OVFA Annual Conference includes trainings, light breakfast, lunch, Vendor/Sponsor Reception, and Banquet. It features various training courses for firefighters and emergency responders in topics such as rescue, mobile water supply, fire behavior, and psychological trauma in EMS patients. It is co-hosted by the Oregon Volunteer Firefighters Association, Marion County Fire District #1, and Keizer Rural Fire Protection District.
Sponsorship options
Platinum Sponsor $1,500, Gold Sponsor $1,250, Silver Sponsor $1,000, Bronze Sponsor $750, Vendor $500. Benefits include a draped display table (6"), WIFI access, event meals, attendee list, daily breaks & Vendor/Sponsor Appreciation Reception for one representative, introduction during Friday lunch, recognition on the OVFA Website Conference Page, option to provide a Vendor/Sponsor Appreciation reception game prize, and logo/flyer inclusion in conference welcome packets (full page for Platinum/Gold, half page for Silver/Bronze).
