A full-day conference focused on building safer, healthier workplaces across Northern California's water sector. The program addresses emerging risks and everyday challenges, including arc flash energy in low-voltage systems, lithium-ion battery risks, stored energy hazards, flagger safety, decision-making under pressure, safety concerns surrounding unhoused encampments, unusual hazards, and why experienced workers may be more vulnerable to injury. Attendees will connect with peers, learn from experienced safety professionals, and meet exhibitors showcasing equipment and resources designed to protect workers in the field, ultimately strengthening their agency's safety culture.

Sponsorship opportunities include various booth options such as Standard 8′ x 8′ Booth Displays ($850), Rolling Stock Displays ($1,850), Standard 8′ x 8′ Booths with Workshop space ($1,050), and Rolling Stock Booths with Workshop space ($2,050). Exhibitors can also participate in the Door Prize Program for a $50 contribution. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $125 each.
