About this conference
The In-Person Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency, New Brunswick on May 19, 20, & 21. Attendees can register for one, two, or all three days. The conference features three keynote speakers and a full day of presentations. Participants can obtain the latest information on state and national initiatives, network with colleagues, and earn professional development hours. Exhibitor booths will showcase the latest teaching tools. The Video Library Conference component offers a selection of presentations available on demand from May 27th to August 20th, allowing participants to earn PD hours remotely. Presentation topics include Advocacy, Social Justice, & Policy, Supporting Newcomers, SLIFEs & Refugees, Family and Community Engagement, Dual Identified/Special Populations, Early Learning and Family Practices, Social Emotional Learning, Content-Integrated Approaches, Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking, Technology, Language Assessment, and Program Administration & Evaluation. A new Administrator and Supervisor Strand will be introduced this year.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship is available at Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 for single or double booths. Packages include booth fees, ad fees, prime location options, advertisement placement in conference materials (program booklet, weekly newsletter, annual journal), workshop opportunities (in-person or video library), complimentary admittance to the President's Awards Reception, table tent signs, email blasts to members, conference bag inserts (for Diamond sponsors), and prominent signage. All sponsors receive recognition before opening keynote sessions, complimentary WIFI, an award, a sponsor ribbon on their badge, and acknowledgment at the President’s Awards Reception. Additional advertising opportunities for conference bags, badge holders, folders, and event sponsorship are also available.
