About this conference
The NEA ESP National Conference is the premier professional development opportunity for education support professionals across the nation. The purpose of the conference is to grow and strengthen the professional excellence of ESP members working in Pre-K to Higher-Ed through Association-convened, educator-led, and student-centered learning experiences. With multiple interactive workshops to choose from over three days, participants enhance their knowledge and skills to advocate for students and educators, champion racial and social justice, build community relationships, strengthen and grow membership, and sustain stronger local associations, helping members excel in their careers and positively impact student success. The conference is an NEA member-only event.

The 2026 NEA ESP National Conference offers sponsorship opportunities at Platinum ($12,000), Gold ($6,000), Silver ($3,000), Bronze ($1,000), and Friends of ESPs (raffle item donation) levels. Sponsorship demonstrates a commitment to public education and helping Education Support Professionals (ESPs) receive high-quality professional supports that enhance their ability to best support students working in pre-k through higher education. Sponsors support ESPs who clean and repair school buildings, transport students, provide instructional and other specialized supports, tend to students' health and safety needs, prepare and deliver nutritious meals, and provide technical infrastructure.
