2026 NC3 Annual Leadership Summit

The 2026 NC3 Annual Leadership Summit, themed LEAD 2026, will be hosted at NC3’s founding school, Gateway Technical College, alongside KTEC Schools of Innovation in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This premier event aims to challenge attendees to leverage the coalition's expertise, empower the next generation of Career and Technical Education (CTE) leaders, advance innovative solutions in skills training, and deliver valuable certifications that positively impact communities. Educational leaders and industry partners from across the country are invited to explore emerging initiatives, share insights from NC3 Leadership Schools, and collectively chart a path toward a stronger, more agile skilled workforce. Building on the success of last year's summit, which brought together over 250 educators, administrators, and industry professionals, this year's event promises even more engaging opportunities for professional development, networking, and idea-sharing. The summit includes keynote presentations, peer-led breakout sessions, discussions with the NC3 Board on talent development and industry alignment, an awards ceremony, and hands-on industry partner breakout sessions.
