About this conference
The National UNITY Conference is an impactful five-day youth-led annual event held every July, bringing together approximately 3,500 Native youth, advisors, alumni, and Tribal and community leaders. Celebrating UNITY's 50th anniversary, the conference provides hands-on leadership development activities, general sessions, regional caucuses, workshops covering topics such as College & Career, Leadership Development, Prevention Efforts, Cultural Sharing, Environmental Stewardship, and Wellness, and a career/education fair. It also features fun evening activities, a 50th Anniversary UNITY Gala, and serves as the venue for the National UNITY Council to conduct elections and its annual business meeting. The event emphasizes Native youth empowerment, cultural preservation, and spiritual, mental, physical, and social development, fostering a safe and supportive environment for future leaders.
