About this conference
The National Education Seminar (NES) is our signature yearly event for professionals who manage personal property and assets for federal, state and local governments, contractors, colleges and universities and private industries. This three-day seminar offers an array of education, networking opportunities, exhibits, and so much more! Education sessions and panels address topics including, but not limited to, Compliance, Disposition, Inventory Management, and Professional Development. All sessions are planned with the intention to cover introductory, intermediate or advanced levels of complexity in property management. We’re excited to announce that NES 2026 will shift to a streamlined three-day format, based on valued feedback from our NPMA community. This update is designed to make your NES experience more impactful, providing the same high-quality educational content, continuing education credits, and outstanding networking opportunities.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorships provide increased visibility, brand awareness, and market exposure, with benefits including prominent signage, logo and brief message in the electronic NES App, logo acknowledgment on General Session slides, acknowledgment by NPMA President, logo linked on NES website, and sponsor ribbons. À La Carte Sponsorships: Co-Sponsor the NPMA Gives Back Project ($2,650), Breakfast Sponsor ($2,750), Refreshment Break Sponsor ($1,575), Name Badge Lanyards ($1,650), 30 Second Video Commercial ($550), Back Page of Pocket Guide ($1,575). Exhibit packages include one 6' table, two chairs, 200-word description in the electronic NES App, one full seminar registration (valued at $1,150), inclusion in the online NPMA Vendor Directory during 2025, and a post-event opt-in attendee list for one-time use. Exhibit packages cost $2,475 if purchased on or before July 3, 2026, and $2,625 if purchased after July 3, 2026.
