2026 NASW-CA Annual Conference

The 2026 NASW-CA Annual Conference brings together social workers from across California for two days of connection, learning, and impact at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront. The conference aims to strengthen the social work profession and community, exploring themes related to the practice of social work, leadership in a post-COVID world, and inspiring action for justice. Attendees can expect innovative programming, networking opportunities, and workshops covering a broad range of topics. These topics typically include micro/mezzo practice in children, youth, and families, health and aging, anti-violence and crisis intervention, clinical social work, and macro practice in policy, advocacy, activism, leadership, program management, diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. The event also includes a Theme and Logo Competition for members to contribute to its vision and branding.
