About this conference
The 2026 NASPO State Procurement Law Institute is an opportunity to further your knowledge of legal issues involved in procurement and to foster a community of interest among those government attorneys representing NASPO's membership. The conference objectives include developing a program that educates attorneys supporting state government procurement on legal issues impacting state central procurement, equipping attorneys to collaborate with state central procurement leaders in support of positive contract outcomes for the state, providing an in-person platform for interstate exchange of information among attorneys working in support of central procurement offices, and employing innovative formats and best practices in adult education in all aspects of the Institute agenda.
