About this conference

The 2026 NAMI Missouri Mental Health Conference & Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Courtyard by Marriott in Jefferson City. The conference agenda includes a welcome and introductions, executive director annual report, NAMI around the state updates, a keynote speaker, lunch, a featured partner presentation, awards and honors. The annual membership meeting will follow, covering a call to order, approval of previous year's annual meeting minutes, treasurer's report, board elections, bylaws updates, and president's remarks. Doors open at 9:00 am, with the program starting at 9:30 am and concluding by 3:00 pm.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorships are available at multiple levels, ranging from $100 to $5,000. Options include: Missouri Corporate Sponsorship ($5,000, no exhibitor booth, includes on-site Workplace Wellness Mental Health Training), Special Event Sponsor ($5,000, includes invitation to Volunteer Appreciation Event, early exhibitor booth set up, and podium recognition), Champion Sponsor ($1,250, includes exhibitor booth, event tickets/meals, and podium recognition), Supporting Sponsor ($550, includes exhibitor booth, event tickets/meals, and podium recognition), Supporting Sponsor (Non-Profit) ($300, includes exhibitor booth, and podium recognition), Partner ($200, no exhibitor booth), and Friend(s) of NAMI Missouri ($100 for individual or $150 for couple, no exhibitor booth, includes event ticket(s)/meals). All sponsorship levels include recognition during the conference ceremony, in the event program, on the website, social media, and in the newsletter.
