About this conference
President Cecil Adderley invites NAfME national and state leadership to participate in the 2026 National Leadership Assembly. This invitation-only event is focused on advocacy for music education programs, students, and educators. As part of the Assembly, NAfME leaders and advocates will return to Capitol Hill on June 24, 2026, for NAfME Hill Day to support programs and policies that benefit music education, including advocating for funding, expanding student access, supporting teacher recruitment and retention, and preserving the federal role in education.
