The National Association of Counties (NACo) Annual Conference is the premier gathering of elected and appointed officials from the nation's 3,069 counties, parishes and boroughs. NACo's Annual Conference draws 3,000 elected and appointed county officials and partners to celebrate county leadership and innovation, learn and exchange ideas, and undertake the business of the association by electing leadership and adopting the American County Platform, which guides NACo's federal policy advocacy for the year ahead.
