This year, we are focused on sharing real-life success stories and practical, implementable solutions to the most pressing challenges facing conservation districts today, from securing new revenue and implementing cutting-edge technology to adapting to complex land-use changes like solar development. In addition to our core tracks, we are pleased to offer a dedicated Leadership Training Breakout Track designed specifically for managers. This specialized session will equip current and future leaders with essential skills to develop an effective leadership style that drives overall district performance.
