Charity regulators, nonprofit organizations, and their professional colleagues come together to share insights and discuss the latest issues in the charitable sector. This is the only event of its kind, offering a unique opportunity for networking, learning, and collaboration. The public portion of the conference kicks off on October 6th, followed by a reception. The program continues over the next two days, exclusively for government attorneys, providing a focused environment for in-depth discussions and professional development. Topics include: A History of AG Oversight, Charitable Mergers, Partnership and Other Structures for Effectiveness, An Update on Charitable Regulators' Activities, Digital Fundraising, Technology and Oversight: What's the Right Balance, and a view from the AG's desk. A virtual option for several sessions on October 7th will be available to only state charity regulators, secretary of state offices, government attorneys and staff.
