About this conference
The Illinois Municipal League's (IML) 2026 Municipal Attorneys Seminar offers 6.75 hours of MCLE credit and is open to any municipal official. The seminar covers a wide variety of topics affecting municipalities, including Collective Bargaining Agreements, Personnel Grievances, The Importance of Personnel Manuals, Commercial Wind and Solar Projects, Crime-Free Housing and Nuisance Abatement, Development Agreements and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts, Open Meetings Act (OMA) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Parliamentary Procedure, and The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The registration fee includes a lunch buffet. This seminar is being held at multiple locations for convenience.
