The 2026 Missouri Water Seminar is Missouri’s most important water quality event of the year, held in person only. Offered in cooperation with MDNR's Water Protection Program, it provides a crucial opportunity to learn about important and timely water issues. Topics include The Year in Review, Water Protection Program Update, industrial wastewater pretreatment, voluntary agreements and enforcement in Missouri, the Battle for Water in the Missouri River Basin, PFAS detection and regulation, new rules, managing water demand for data center development, new General Permits (GPs), and the status of Standard Conditions 1. US EPA Region 7 officials will provide a Federal perspective on various issues. Attorneys can apply for CLE credits. The seminar also offers numerous networking opportunities with regulators, environmental professionals, and sponsors.
