About this conference
The 2026 Missouri Library Association Annual Conference, themed 'Libraries Keep Us Connected', will be held in Springfield, MO from October 6-7, 2026. This annual event is organized by the Missouri Library Association (MLA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization dedicated to promoting library service, the profession of librarianship, and cooperation among all types of libraries in the State of Missouri. The conference focuses on how libraries foster community and build relationships among people. It provides an opportunity for vendors to engage with potential and existing customers within the Missouri library community. More than 400 individuals from Missouri’s academic, public, school and special interest libraries are expected to attend. The conference will also feature a Performer's Showcase for quality programming appropriate for children, teens, and/or families.
Sponsorship options
Exhibitor booths are available, with Early Bird rates from $450 (Non-Profit) to $750 (Premier), and Standard rates from $550 to $850. All exhibitor options include an 8'x10' booth, basic furnishings, badge access for 2 representatives, meals, and recognition. Sponsorship levels include Silver ($500 for Conference Lanyards, Bohley Scholarship Trivia Night, MLA New Member Meet & Greet, Coffee Bar Sponsor), Gold ($1,500 for Conference Bags, Refreshment Break, Exhibit Hall Happy Hour Drink Tickets), and Platinum ($3,000 for All-Conference Social Event, Keynote Speaker, Meal, Vendor Reception). An additional 'You Belong Scholars Sponsorship' is available for $1,000. Demo spots are $150, and a Conference Bag Promotion is $150.
