2026 MEUA Semi-Annual Meeting and NYMPA Annual Meeting

The 2026 Municipal Electric Utilities Association (MEUA) Semi-Annual Meeting is held concurrently with the New York Municipal Power Agency (NYMPA) Annual Meeting. The event features a Vendor Expo and various sessions addressing critical topics for municipal electric utilities. The MEUA sessions cover a conference keynote address, a panel discussion on factors contributing to high electricity costs, municipal borrowing basics, and updates from IEEP (Integrated Energy Efficiency Program) and on legal, regulatory, FERC, transmission, and New York State government affairs. The NYMPA Annual Meeting includes opening remarks, a financial update with a 2025 audit review and 2026 financial review, a budget and operations report, a presentation on the analysis of member systems' financials, and a panel discussion on rate filings. There is a closed session specifically for municipal members.
