The 2026 MACCTO Conference offers attendees many opportunities to meet road and bridge professionals and their counterparts from other counties and cities around the State of Missouri. It focuses on exchanging ideas, learning new ways to improve local transportation methods, sharing experiences, and participating in a variety of workshops. Attendees can explore the newest industry equipment, network with companies, get updated on rules and regulations, and take new strategies back to their departments.
Sponsorship options
Diamond Sponsorships: These range from $3,000 to $6,000 and include a 10'x10' booth (or an $850 credit towards a larger booth), floor advertisement, two attendee registrations, and special recognition (e.g., Tuesday Night Reception, Wednesday Morning Hot Breakfast, Tuesday Lunch, PM Break, AM Break, Registration Continental Breakfast, Audio/Visual Sponsorship, Past President's Dinner Sponsorship, Gift Bag Sponsorship, Logo Product in Attendee Gift Bags). Exhibit Booths: Options include 10'x10' for $850, 15'x20' Equipment for $1,800, and 20'x30' Equipment for $2,500. Platinum Sponsor: $1,000, includes recognition in the conference program, company logo on tabletop tent cards, two conference registrations, and Associate Membership.
