The 2026 Kentucky Volunteer Forum is a biennial developmental and educational conference hosted by the University of Kentucky's 4-H Youth Development program and the Cooperative Extension Service. It is designed for 4-H and Extension volunteers and professionals, as well as community partners, to enhance their skills and recognize their contributions. The forum offers over 225 workshops across 25 content tracks, including professional development sessions, seminars, networking opportunities, and a trade show. Attendees can complete accreditation requirements in various areas such as Agriculture and Animal Sciences, Camping, Communications and Expressive Arts, Family and Consumer Sciences, Health and Well-being, Leadership, Natural Resources, and Science, Engineering, & Technology. It also includes recognition events for outstanding volunteers, community partners, and 10-year 4-H members, celebrating their significant impact on Kentucky youth. The mission is to motivate, educate, and celebrate 4-H and Extension volunteers and professionals through innovative programming, aiming to be the nation's premier educational, networking, and recognition opportunity in this field.
