About this conference

The 2026 Kentucky Fruit and Vegetable Conference is the premier annual event for specialty crop and produce growers across Kentucky. It aims to connect, educate, and facilitate growth for businesses within the horticulture industry. The conference features over 80 expert speakers and more than 70 exhibitors, covering a wide range of production and marketing topics including vegetable production (beginner and advanced), high tunnels, organic production, fruit production, cut flowers, and business management. Pre-conference workshops cover topics such as plant disease management, farm to school grower training, farmers market operations, and farm food safety plan writing. The event also includes a student research project poster session and opportunities for networking among growers, researchers, county agents, and technical support providers.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorship opportunities include Program Sponsorship, Session Sponsorship, Conference Sponsorship at Platinum ($1,000), Gold ($750), Silver ($500), and Bronze ($250) levels, and Coffee & Cider Break Sponsorship ($400). Exhibitor booths are available for $350, including registration for two staff members. Extra tables ($35) and electric setup ($22) are additional. There is also a Trade Show Literature Distribution Display Only option for $50. A voluntary Conference Farm Sponsorship at $125 is available to contribute to conference expenses.
