2026 Kentucky Continuous Improvement Summit

The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) and Cognia invite attendees to a two-day event designed to elevate their impact in education. The summit will feature Mike Rutherford as a keynote speaker, who will engage participants in conversations on high-performance teaching and learning, leadership development, creating and leading team-based organizations, and results-based organizational improvement. The conference aims to provide opportunities for professional learning, strengthening existing relationships, and tackling unique challenges with fresh strategies, encouraging attendees to spark new ideas, gain insights from KDE leaders, and contribute to Kentucky’s continuous improvement movement.
