About this conference
The North Carolina Association of Municipal Clerks (NCAMC) and the North Carolina Association of County Clerks (NCACC) are excited to host the 2026 International Institute of Municipal Clerks Region III Conference. The conference will be held at the beautiful Lumina Resort in Wrightsville Beach, NC, and will provide educational sessions, networking opportunities, and fellowship for municipal and county clerks from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Attendees can expect to deepen their knowledge, share experiences, and enjoy the company of colleagues who understand their unique and vital role in communities.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available at Platinum ($3,000), Gold ($2,000), and Silver ($1,000) levels. Benefits typically include complimentary conference registrations (two for Platinum, one for Gold and Silver), a display table, prominent sponsor signage, recognition on the conference program, website, and newsletter, and access to the attendee registrant list. Platinum sponsors also receive verbal recognition at the Thursday banquet and an opportunity to speak, while Gold sponsors receive meal or break sponsorship. Additional representatives are $250 each. The sponsorship deadline is January 16, 2026.
