Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available at Silver ($5,000+), Gold ($10,000+), and Platinum ($20,000+) levels. Benefits vary by level and may include XL booth space, quarter-page to full-page advertisements in newsletters, prominent website visibility, speaking opportunities (5-10 minutes on stage or time throughout the conference for Platinum), full email contact lists of attendees, discounted room rates, drink tickets for team members, and social media blasts. Platinum sponsorship offers naming rights, logo placement on hotel keys, and attendee lanyards (currently sold out). Conference vendor options are also available: Standard ($1000) for a 6' table in an 8' space, and XL ($2000) for two 6' tables in a 14' space. Both vendor options include an electrical outlet, free WiFi, online presence, drink tickets, and access to attendee emails. The vendor registration deadline is June 1, 2026.
