2026 Improving Schools Performance (ISP) Conference

The 2026 Improving Schools Performance (ISP) Conference, co-hosted by PDE’s Division of Federal Programs and the PA Association of Federal Program Coordinators (PAFPC), is a key event designed to enhance educational outcomes through the effective utilization of federal funding. School leaders and instructors will convene to acquire insights from experts on evidence-based strategies for student achievement enhancement and meeting the objectives of the PA Accountability System. This conference offers a valuable platform for learning from peers who have successfully improved student learning. Participants will gain fresh perspectives on practical, evidence-based methods applicable within their school systems. The agenda features expert-led sessions, networking opportunities with school and district staff, and discussions on topics including Effective Literacy Instruction, Effective Math Instruction, STEM, Continuous School Improvement, Social & Emotional Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Parent/Family Engagement, and Equitable Practices.
