The 2026 Housing Visionary Awards Gala, hosted by the National Housing Conference (NHC), is an annual event dedicated to celebrating exceptional leadership in affordable housing and community development. Held on June 24, 2026, at The Anthem in Washington, D.C., the Gala brings together over 500 housing professionals, advocates, and policymakers from across the country. Attendees will celebrate the leadership excellence of honorees Bill Emerson (Board Member, Rocket Companies) and Debra W. Still (Retired CEO and Vice Chair, Pulte Financial Services), as well as U.S. Congressman Mike Flood (R-NE) and U.S. Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-MO), who will receive the Carl A.S. Coan, Sr., Lifetime Achievement Award for Public Service. The event aims to recognize leaders expanding opportunity, strengthening communities, and advancing solutions to the affordable housing crisis, while also supporting NHC's work. The program includes a networking reception, dinner, award presentations, and a dessert reception, offering opportunities to connect, reflect, and build momentum within the housing community.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, including Visionary ($50,000), Leader ($25,000), Advocate ($15,000), Champion ($10,000), Opportunity Builder ($5,000), and Friend ($3,500). Benefits vary by level and include Gala tables, tickets, advertisements in the Gala Tribute Book (full-page, half-page, quarter-page, name listing), prominent acknowledgment in media presentations, company logo and website links on nhc.org, and recognition as reception or dessert reception sponsors. Custom packages can also be arranged. Additionally, individual tickets can be purchased at $500 for NHC members and $1,000 for non-members. Program tribute ads and digital ads for onsite display are also available.
