About this conference
The Health Literacy Collaborative Summit is a dynamic gathering where ideas take shape, partnerships take root, and solutions take flight. Health professionals from various settings come together to collaborate, innovate, and elevate health literacy in our region and beyond. This year's theme, 'Reimagining Health Literacy: New Paths, Collective Purpose,' invites participants to look beyond traditional approaches and explore bold strategies, challenge assumptions, and align around a shared purpose: making health information work for everyone. From clinical settings to community spaces, the summit highlights the power of local partnerships, cultural insight, and grassroots innovation to drive meaningful, lasting change. The event is designed to equip participants with practical tools, fresh insights, and actionable strategies that can be applied in their own communities. Hosted by the College of Public Health at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, this summit is the second in a series, continuing to bring together professionals from health care, community-based organizations, libraries, health insurance, health information technology, and public health to share diverse health literacy approaches, experiences, and strategies.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorships are available at Platinum ($15,000), Gold ($10,000), Silver ($5,000), and Bronze ($2,500) levels, as well as an Exhibit Only option ($450). Benefits include company logo in printed and digital materials, featured mention in an email campaign to attendees, attendance and recognition at the Sponsor Breakfast, complimentary exhibit tables, and multiple complimentary registrations (ranging from one to four depending on sponsorship level). Platinum and Gold sponsors also receive invitations to speak at specific events.
