About this conference
The 2026 Hawai'i Emergency Nurses Learning Congress welcomes emergency nurses, educators, and leaders from Hawai'i, the continental U.S., and around the world for a vibrant day of learning, connection, and collaboration. Set against the backdrop of Honolulu's island hospitality and cultural richness, this in-person event offers a unique opportunity to engage with colleagues across regions and borders who share a passion for emergency care. The congress aims to recharge, advance clinical practice, and strengthen clinical skills, advance evidence-based practice, and celebrate the vital role of emergency nurses in every community. Educational topics will include legislative policies impacting the emergency department, legal bootcamp for emergency clinicians, poisonous plants, biting insects and unusual infections, hospital-onset bacteremia, obstetric emergencies, responding to in-flight medical emergencies, and an expert panel discussion.
Sponsorship options
Opportunities for sponsorship are available, including Platinum, Gold, and Silver Partner Bundles, individual sponsorships for meals (Breakfast, Lunch), and Raffle Prizes, as well as general donations. Partner bundles offer prime exhibitor space and exclusive perks. For example, the Platinum Partner Bundle ($1,650 Early Bird / $1,750 Standard) includes premium vendor placement and exclusive lunch sponsorship. The Gold Partner Bundle ($1,400 Early Bird / $1,550 Standard) includes premium vendor placement and exclusive breakfast sponsorship. The Silver Partner Bundle ($1,200 Early Bird / $1,450 Standard) combines premium vendor space with prize sponsorship. A Vendor Only package is available for $1,200.
