2026 FPHA Annual Educational Conference

The 2026 FPHA Annual Educational Conference invites members and other public health professionals from across Florida. The conference aims to foster strong partnerships, innovative practices, and sustained efforts to improve public and rural health in the state. The theme is "Committing to Excellence Through Collaborations and Continuity." Attendees will be eligible to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The event will feature a dedicated Student Track on Day 1 (Wednesday, July 29th) with career-focused sessions, interactive networking, and presentations of student research and practice-based projects. A dedicated Rural Health Track on Day 2 (Thursday, July 30th) will convene rural health leaders, practitioners, researchers, and community partners to highlight innovative strategies, policy considerations, workforce solutions, and collaborative models. Submissions for presentations are invited across five themes: Community Health & Partnerships; Public Health in Practice: Programs, Policies & Systems; Health Education & Health-Related Social Needs; Emerging & Current Public Health Issues; and The Rural Health Landscape. Submissions demonstrating cross-sector collaboration, sustainability, and real-world impact in both urban and rural settings are particularly encouraged.
